I like the thermostat so far. It, and the app are easy to use. It took a significant effort to set it up. I needed help from tech support. It took them quite a while to get it up and running

I've had it installed for a couple of years. Just recently paired with Alexa and it's REALLY nice to be able to voice control it from anywhere in the house. Other than that it works well - no issues. A quality product.
