I’ve had this installed for a few weeks at this point and overall, I like it. It takes a while to get used to the mode and menu layout and options. The install was done by a contractor but I did the initialization and configuration and I had to run through that process 2 or 3 times before it worked. I still don’t know why. But I had exactly the same issue when I tried to configure the second T6. And it does frequently lose wi-fi connectivity, so it disappears from the app when that happens. But then it eventually finds itself again. Even when it is offline the touch screen controls still work.

A great thermostat to use compared to the previous mechanical one I had. Responds perfectly well to temperature changes in the house keeping whatever temperature I program it to. I think it money saving on energy.

It's horrible and extremely complicated to get the wifi setup and on my phone...to think your customers need to push the thermostat and then you have 5 steps on your phone and then need to get in and out of the app is just total chaos and nuts. I also have a Lennox and what a joy and simple vs. this piece of crap!
