It works because the tech set it. I cannot change the temp or the mode. Have read the instructions twice and tried many times to reset it with no sustained results.

Came with a new heat pump system, professionally installed. Very difficult to find programming how-to, as the online info does not apply to this model. Schedule does not support 7, 5-2 5-1-1,1 even though the box clearly says the unit offers this flexibility.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have this thermostat at our second home at which we allow guests to stay. It is perfect for keeping the temperature at a level of efficiency when we are not there but allowing us to move the temperature to a more normal level just prior to the guests' arrival. The equipment responds well remotely. Glad we made the purchase!
