I like the thermostat- only issue is getting alerts saying the thermostat is having difficulties communicating w/ WiFi network

The mobile app should be such that can be easily accessed by the multi users..

I really like being able to change the settings on the upstairs unit remotely from anywhere on my new AC unit. I wish I would have had the contractor replace the downstair thermostat for my other unit with one of these. Saving money now!!
