Very nice product, works exactly as advertised, looks good. My only criticism is I wish there were just a "Hold" button. I don't like having to make a change to the temp to get to the Hold status.

Thermostat disconnects from wifi regularly

This thermostat came with my new house (new build). We moved in a month ago. Since I installed the Honeywell Home app, I have been receiving notifications from the app indicating both thermostats are offline. I set them up using 2.4GHz, the wifi is strong enough to reach both thermostats, I have reset the wifi in both already and the notifications continue at least once a day. So, since the notifications became annoying and they both reconnect after a while, I just uninstalled the app and pretended they are not wifi enabled. What was the point of these thermostats then? Not sure yet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does not work with my wifi

At my vacation home my wifi is a Comcast Hotspot. It works for all my devices EXCEPT the T6 Pro Smart. After getting my installer to come out to replace the original T6 he explained that I must have MY OWN wifi and that I can not use a hotpot. It would be nice if Honeywell told you this upfront. Nowhere on this sight (that I could find) nor in the instructions does it say this. I can control my Ecobee at home from my vacation home wifi.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It was a simple set up with the to the point directions.
It's an easy thermostat to use from home or while we're away!!

Difficult to get on Wi-Fi.

Dropped off Wi-Fi and I had extreme difficulty getting back on WiFi system. I kept getting an error message and could not process to complete. It took over half dozen tries to get a successful completion.

Difficult to connect to the app... HVAC installer couldn't figure it out... I was finally able to connect. Think it was more of an app or wifi issue. Other than that, works well.

Somewhat logical to use by figuring out intuitive steps. No real instructions provided and online they are not easy to drill down though. Using app on my iPhone is frustrating as it keeps asking to purchase additional features. Once through that nonsense things can be figured out. Was not happy with instructions received upon instaltion and not happy there's nothing written and easy to follow.
