This only has the ability to set the mode to “cool” or “heat” or “off”. There is no “auto” to heat up and cool down to a specific temperature on its own. You must select the mode to be in heat only or in cool only. This is a poor setup and must have an auto mode feature in the next model. (It does have an “auto” for the fan)
While we really do like the new thermostat, it's a bit hard to read as it's pretty small. I am only 49 and I have a bit of trouble seeing it (other than what the temp. says right in the middle). But once you get used to where things are, you can kind of see it ok. As for the app, it stops a lot and says that I'm not connected. Not sure why but kind of annoying. I have to then clear my cache and then open the app again. It's a work around, but better than having to get up and go to the register!
Graphically from the 80’s and can rarely show the weather. It’s always unavailable. Screen isn’t colour. I gave up a fantastic eco bee thermostat as it was part of a package deal The app is a true horror. If customer service wasn’t so helpful I would never have been able to set this thing up
I find it confusing to work and haven't been able to understand what fan and circ mean. I assume, but how does it affect the workings of the air conditioner. how does Circ differ from fan?
