It works well. It does lot more than I’m used to. It came with my new house. It opens dampers to bring in fresh air from outside. I just wish I could program it from my app.

Honeywell requires excessive access for operate WiFi control app and the app has a glitch entering at T6 controller’s network name page.
Poor functionality from a company that should know better.

Unable to connect mini with thermostat...tried for easily over an hour...on computer and on app on iphone....very frustrating.
