Everything went fine for about two weeks then it lost contact with my phone. I tried calling the support line because I couldn’t remember the password and for some reason, I can’t get the reset verification code through the email I used to set up the account and the people on the support line can’t help with that. Now I have to reset the temperature manually every time. Would be better if their system could text the code like everyone else does.
Giving this a three because it does connect to WiFi, has circulation fan setting and does work from a smart phone via the Resideo App making it a little more convenient. With the latest smart thermostat technologies on the market, there are a few drawbacks: delayed updates on usage about three days so making adjustments will be retroactive; it has scheduling but doesn’t allow you to set fan mode on it- just temperature with times- no specific date; doesn’t detect movement to make automatic adjustments.
