System works well now, app set-up problematic (kept stalling at “Select Wifi Lyric on your phone”and if not exited immediately after selection it would not go to next step- very time consuming and frustrating. )Tech support only available weekdays during business hours so limited help, and basically told me to unplug our router for 10 seconds to see if that would work. I’ve emailed tech support again to seek help to add an email address for Alerts, but after days now have not heard back so support is not helpful.

How in the world does a smart thermostat these days not come with a heat cool option? I’m a software developer and used the api in order to set up an application to do this in less than a day. It’s that simple. If you want my code I’ll sell it to you.

Really easy to use. It is already helping me save electricity. it’s so easy to set the thermostat and if you need to change it you can do it really easily on the pad or on your phone. we live in a three-story townhome and when my husband hurt his leg I can change the thermostat very easily even when I’m not at home so that he can rest comfortably. He prefers to actually use the keypad and not have it on the phone. I use just the phone to change the settings exclusively. My friend also has this and when the kids are home early, he can change the settings instead of just using the schedule.

I had this installed with a new HVAC system in my home 4 months ago and it has been offline for the past 2 days and I cannot get it back on
