This is in my cottage in the UP of Michigan. I needed a new furnace, so I had the furnace company install the T6 Pro. They couldn't sync it to my existing Honeywell app (I have a T5 at home) because my internet service wasn't turned on yet. Once we got internet, setting up the "run schedule" in the house was pretty easy. Setting up synching on the app is very complicated (that is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5). I had to contact customer service twice to complete it. However, both of the representatives I spoke with were very friendly and knowledgeable. Now that it's up and working, it's great because it is at my cottage 3 hours away, and I can work everything remotely. I would recommend this to anyone who inquires about it.
Works well, looks good. The instructions to connect to WiFi need improvement fortunately customer service can help but this should be something that everyone can do without calling customer service.
