It requires trained experts to initiate operation and then only after repeated failures. Operational control is VERY poorly designed/programmed! This is not uncommon among new digital products but worse than others in my experience.

Connecting to WiFi was a bit of a pain. It got a “bad IP address” initially and the only solution was a factory reset on my router and setting it back up. They really need to make it easier to refresh the IP address.
