I’ve had one for a few years now and it’s simple to install and simple to use. Programmable thermostats aren’t useful to us, but wifi control is! It’s perfect and easy to use!

Poor interface compared to the competitive Ecobee and Nest products I have used in the past. Date is consistently wrong when connected to Wifi, so weekend schedules do not start on the correct Saturday/Sunday. When you try to make a change using Alexa, it goes into a permanent hold for the temperature instead of just adjusting temporarily like all other smart thermostats.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
