We are very happy with the functioning of the thermostat. However, our installer was unable to pair my phone. I was working with a technician for a very long time before it would work repeating a series of steps. Please address this issue.

I love the new thermostat. Setting it up was difficult. I am thankful the technician was here to help me set it up. I had to put my iPhone in airplane mode while the technician used his phone to call the company. We had to do the set-up process multiple times.

It has a preset schedule that sucks and difficult to change. Even disabling the schedule is tricky to make sure it doesn’t activate again. Everything else is great
