Outstanding product! Was hesitant about system as was not familiar with it. After a short time of use, I am sold. Reliable, works well and gives us the chance to change settings on the fly away from home.

Installed two thermostats. One was bad and had to be replaced. Works OK, but not great.

Never worked right with the heat. Cold air came out when on the heat setting and warm air came out in the off mode and would never shut off. Had to unplug it to get it to turn off. Replaced it with a more manual one

Work real good but the direction to connect to your phone are current. I had to call twice to finally get the correct information. After that it all works well

Had two installed in a week called tech support both times, couldnât get them to work, switched to an ecobee, works like a champ. Nest worked even better on my old system but contractor wouldnât warranty Nest on new system.

We have had our new install, with the T-6WI-FI, just about a month now and it is great. Very quiet system, sometimes I canât tell if it is on! Very pleased so far! Thank you
