Make sure you call the main number and have them go step by step with you to activate it to your phone and Alexa. We didn’t at first and had to have furnace man program it and he had to call and go step by step with Honeywell. After that, it works great!!!!
I have read many reviews about this thermostat, and all complain about the installation, rightfully so cause it is painfully complicated. But I called the support line, they answered super quickly, and they took me through every single step till the end, and i now have two of these babies and they work perfectly, easy to contorl, program, etc. I like these thermostats.
Need a setting for a dim light to be on continuously so it isn't necessary to always touch the screen to see where it is currently set in dim light locations.
