We have 4 thermostats and can only get 3 to show up on WiFi . Very disappointed with overall help. Been on phone 3 times for several hours and no one could help resolve problem

Received the thermostat as a Christmas gift from my husband. We travel quite a bit in the winter and he thought it would give me piece of mind when we are gone. We leave our kitty quite often and living in WI, temps can get very cold. Its been great!

Have been trying in download to my phone since August. Seems to be incompatible with Android phone. Downloaded on my iphone but still doesn't work remotely.
