I am having trouble syncing it. Service phone line is a joke. Always busy with call back after 3 PM message. Call back at 3 and you get the same message.

Easy to use and set temp on/off times. Don't need a manual to figure it out - good and simple user interface. Only down side has been the dropped internet connection every so often.

The schedule option sucks! Can’t get it to stay on schedule, keeps putting itself on a permanent hold that you can’t remove unless to take it off schedule completely.

I installed this at the cabin a few weeks ago and it has already saved me from frozen pipes when the furnace went out. It was easy to install and set up. Seems accurate. The screen shows the temp but you need to touch it to see other info. The app is very handy. It would be nice if it said something besides heating when there is a problem. It’s nice to turn up the heat when I’m in my way to the cabin and have it nice and warm upon my arrival.
