I like the T6 thermostat except one of the main reasons I bought it was so I could see if there was a problem with the system remotely. For my heat pump system with Aux heat, I found there is no indication that Aux heat is running. There is no alarm indication on the outdoor unit and it was faulted. Therefore running 100% on Aux heat. Disappointed that I have to buy a much costlier version to get something I assumed was on all basic thermostats.

It appears it does not switch from heat to cool automatically based on the schedule you set up. So I’m not sure why you would bother to even have a schedule.

I don't have any major complaints so far. It was installed easily and set up went pretty smoothly. I like having the controls on my phone. The only complaint is that with the part that automatically changes temperature when away only worked on my husband's and not mine. In other words, when husband left house, temp would drop to what was set, but I was still home.
