My house is on a year old and I have had air conditioning issues twice. Now the panel has no power. I am not happy with this system at all.

Seems to work once you get past the painful setup

The setup is not that straight forward. At first when I followed the instructions in the app and went to my wifi network I didn't see the Lyric-xxxx network to join but it kept showing up as a Accessor Device which I could add to my wifi network. Not sure what that does but it didn't allow the setup app to finish. Eventually, after repeating the setup process several times I finally saw the Lyric-xxxx network show up in the list of wifi networks I can connect to. I think the key to getting it to work was to press the center of the screen for 5 seconds every time it said to in the app. It was confusing to have to press the center of the screen for 5 seconds multiple times. I thought doing it the first time put it in setup mode and that I didn't need to do it again. But you do have to hold and press the center of the screen for 5 seconds again after it displays the device name. After I did that I went into my iphones wifi settings and saw the Lyric-xxxx network name and connected to it and then finished the setup in the app. Now I can set the temperature via my iphone.

Great thermostat, but loses my auto logins on phone app. The last time had to call tech support in order to log in on app. App would not recognize fingerprint or password
