The app took many attempts (with login to Honeywell site from desktop browser) to install on my phone. After a couple of weeks, the it disappears on my phone. I had to reconfigure/reinstall to bring it back. App is unstable!

My biggest issue is the unit will lose wifi access about once a week which is likely my wifi problem. I would definitely recommend getting the app and programming the unit that way vs manually. Notifications via the app is great.

We switched out the Nest because that one would not hold a temp. This one will not either :(

One week after my Honeywell was installed your company had major problems and my thermostat and App were included in those problems. I wasted the better part of a day trying to get the issue resolved not realizing that it was not my equipment.

The unit frequently loses WiFi connection. Called for technical support and was to hear back in 2 days and it took 2 weeks.

Only had for a month now but very satisfied so far.
