Thermostat is actually good in and of itself. Software to connect to home network and Alexa is TERRIBLE:
1) network connection is unstable.
2) excessive number of steps to set-up network and Alexa connection.
3) excessive complexity of software setup - Honeywell Home app has to be closed and re-started at least 2 times during setup

Honeywell/Residio should be ashamed to publish such bad software. Please pony up the extra money to pay for some decent programming and re-do this app.

It does everything it’s supposed to do, but sometimes will have trouble connecting to the iPhone via the app. It lost communication several times during the setup process. And randomly will say thermostat not responding
I would recommend this to a friend!

The app is really unstable. The home version of this product, which I installed 4 months ago, was much better. I only "upgraded" to the Pro Version because we bought a new HVAC system and the installer would not let me use the old one. T6 is not worth it.
