The feature I use is scheduling a drop in heat temp for overnight. That feature has worked. Like that the wall unit blends nicely with our tan wall

We have had our thermostat for about a month now. I love the fact that I can use the app on my phone to adjust the temperature. This will be awesome for when we are out of town and traveling this summer. I do not plan to use the "schedule" options but appreciate the thought going into having that available for those who may use it.

Getting the thermostat online proved to be temperamental and frustratingly slow. Repeating the same steps over and over, it finally worked. Starting over meant uninstalling the app and trying again from the top. For no reason (like doing something differently) it finally achieved a connection. Now, it as been 3 weeks and it has been working well without issue. I enjoy seeing the data that it collects about how and when my HVAC system is working and through which zones in the house. Tough start, but getting better!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use thermostat with multiple programs per day. Easy to set-up the app for remote access. Would like to have additional On-Off schedules. Overall is good thermostat and is aesthetically pleasing - it fits in nicely into our home and looks nice.
