Disconnects from my phone all the time. The thing turns on when I do t want it to, costing me a lot in extra electric usage. Very dissatisfied!!

Setup instructions for "auto convert" between heat and cool were not intuitive for me. I was able to complete the install with the help of Honeywell tech support, but what she had me do was more than what was in the setup instructions. Unknown is the control from the app once we are traveling. I believe it will be good. So far, the product appears to be excellent.
