Not the most user friendly for connecting and anytime the router resets so does the program and it requires to use your location all the time not just when using app.... If you wont allow it to use location it wont work at all. I had a nest in my last house and Ive been debating buying another nest to replace this thermostat. It came with my current house. Would not recommend, better thermostats on the market.

Not thrilled. The original thermostat didn’t and wouldn’t connect to the internet, and I spent hours on the phone with Resideo/Honeywell. My construction company that built the house had to replace it, and it still took another hour to fix because that one had trouble connecting as well. They finally got it to connect, but it still disconnects from the app daily.
