Thermostat doest regester from the first time (it take more than 10 trials, and sometimes doesnt connect to the phone.
Thermostat turns ON the unit even if it is not on the schedule especially at night!

I purchased a new home and this was the thermostat provided. In 11 months it broke completely and I was without heat on the coldest day of the year. I have a new one now and hope that lasts longer. When it works it’s fine, but if breaks again I will not replace it with this unit or company. The quality control must be non-existent. BUYER BEWARE!

The thermostat is great and gives you plenty of control as to when your furnace is to heat up or cool down the house. The app is the reason for only 3 stars. It crashes often and or locks up and I have to log out and log back in.

Best thermostat I have ever had. Easy to program, and we are snowbirds, so it is helpful to see the upper floor temp and lower floor temp, and the outdoor temp, and ability to change the temp settings, and set alerts if the temp falls outside of a low and high temp that I set, are exceptional. I cannot think of anything else they could have added to make it better. Is excellent.
