Excellent thermostat, fixed my issue I had with my heating because my system was a 2-stage system and previous owner installed a single stage thermostat. Now my house is getting warmer than previously.

I am able to control the heat in my home remotely. I can also monitor the indoor temperature to be sure that there will be no frozen pipes! Very convenient and easy to use.

I didn’t realize how much I would like being able to set my thermostat remotely! I haven’t had to touch the actual thermostat since the initial setup day. I also love being able to choose the illumination of the T6 Wi-Fi thermostat. The app itself has been a little flukey though. I sometimes have to close out and relaunch to get it to go past the splash screen. I also have received several “too many login attempts” and have to re-log in which has been annoying. I feel like this could be partly due to my smart watch. I can work around that until a patch is made for whatever issue there is going on. I love the thermostat!

It's functional, works fine but it's ugly. The Home Screen is cluttered, it's clunky, it's not back lit nor does It turn on as you approach it. We switched from a Nest but prefer the sleek look, and ease in programing of the Nest much more than this one.

In general, I love the thermostat, but I don't like that when you set the schedule, you have to have the temperature change at the same time for both heat and air. It wouldn't be so bad if you had 6-8 temperature changes during the day, instead of 4. This is a major thing for my Mom and I.

Good wi-fi thermostat, I just miss my Nest

We replaced our Nest when it wasn't connecting well with our furnace at a second home. The furnace man said that Nests sometimes don't work with our brand of furnace & we should get this kind. I don't know if that is really true, but we didn't feel we had a choice because we couldn't risk the heat going off. It's always a pain to get used to a new electronic doodad. I do miss that it doesn't give the outside temp. or the inside humidity like a Nest does. Otherwise it's ok.
