Except for one feature, functionality perfect. Add feature to allow content of heat and air in one settin that includes a temp. range rather than just an upper or lower setting.

When purchasing the thermostat I was not informed I had to also purchases a add on 5th wire kit to make the system control the blower separately. The fifth wire kit is not made by Honeywell. Having trouble understanding the WIFI connection to the phone I have, will continue to stumble along until I get it right. The second one I put in was easy to get up and running, I did not have to call Honeywell for help. I have been around the heating business all my life, father was a heating contractor until 91 years old. New fangled stuff still baffles me I do not stop trying to learn.

Unfortunately the wifi connection is problematic, I had connected the unit to my wifi and was able to control it from my phone app and all of a sudden I get error messages that the connection is “offline” I have reset and ensured it is connected to the wifi and still shows “offline” . Otherwise works fine

I have a number of these at different properties and will keep buying more. Easy to program, the app features give me all the control I need. Love the ability to lock in temperature ranges for the heating and cooling modes.
