Works well but the app needs work. Connecting the thermostat to the wifi is a pain. Miss 1 step or stop to reread part of the instructions and you have to start from step 1 again. The app is unrefined. It asks for the oin multiple times to allow you access and I have to manually update local temperature. However as far as the physical device it works well amd it's easy to navigate everything except the wifi setup.
I would recommend this to a friend!
