Aloe is a terrible addition

Dial Gold has been my go-to soap for years because it is the only one carried by major retailers that does not include the allergen cocamidopropyl betaine. Now it has the allergen aloe vera and I’m going to have to change soaps. Do you have any products left without either?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry to hear about your experience towards our Dial product. The improvement of the product aims to leave the skin gentle which is why the aloe is added. Our non-antibacterial hand soaps do not contain aloe which you could try. We'd like to know more about the concern for us to assist you, please feel free to experience us through this website https://www.henkel.com/contact-us. Thank you for the love and support for our product!
I’m 77 years old and I have used various disk soap products for years. I guess inflation got you but your pump soap top takes the prize for a piece of junk. The last 3 pump soaps each had a cheap pump, hard to push down, and pinches my hand. A child could never use this now; and I’m switching brands too for an easier pump top - those that actually work. Shame on you for cutting this corner with pump tops that don’t push down or work.

The addition of Aloe to liquid gold has ruined the product. It used to be the only soap I could use. Adding aloe changed the scent to a migraine inducing stench. I can't use it anymore. Why mess with a good product?

I tried to pull up on the pump. If I pull any harder I might break it. I tried twisting while pulling. That did not work either. I did not retain my receipt from the store.

Why did you change the formula. Dial Gold was the only soap I use that doesn’t make my hands or body itch. Have been using it as a body wash too for 14 years. Always left my skin clean and moisturized. Now my hands itch and I don’t dare use it to shower with. Bring back the old formula.

I have always used dial gold to heal my tattoos and piercings, no additives, and pure soap for cleaning and healing. Imagine my surprise when I go to pick some up for my latest piercing and they all have aloe. I can't heal a piercing with something I'm allergic to....
The new formulation for Dial Gold is unusable, with its perfumey smell that lingers on my hands and the residue it leaves on my skin -- it doesn't rinse off cleanly as it did before the formula change. I was a faithful customer for decades, but no more. Now I have to find a replacement liquid hand soap, a difficult task since I'm allergic to most chemicals and scents, including those derived from plants.
