I purchased this product . After a very agrivating effort get the to work I was unable to get it to work properly. This is a third time this has happened. Please help. Good soap but poor design for the pump. Just my opinion. Thank you for taking time to read this .

Piece of crap

I bought a bottle 3 or 4 months ago and couldn't get the pump to work. I thought is was one bottle defective. Now I bought another. Same problem.

Non Working Pump !

I Agree With Everyone Else. The Pump Doesn't Work, & No Direction On How To Engage It ! I Will Not Be Buying Dial Hand Soap AGAIN ! I’ll Buy Method For Me, And Soft Soap For My Husband. I Guess I Will Be Pouring This Into The Empty Soft Soap Dispenser, So We Can Use It. Very Disappointed In Dial. I Thought Ya’ll Were Better Than This.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Liquid Hand Soap Feels Like Water

You’re trying to pull a fast one on us by diluting the liquid hand soap. It’s practically useless. I won’t be buying it again. It’s a shame. You used to be the leader in soap. Now your product is like colored water.

Can't get the pump to work. I have used pump dispensers most of my life. Turn to the left, pops up, starts pumping. Not this one. Ugh.
