Change in ingredients

I have used Dial gold hand soap for many years. I have allergies to several chemicals in skin care products. This was one of the only things I could use. I noticed recently that there has been change in the ingredients. The change was subtle on the label. I am so disappointed in the change. If you are changing a product, please make sure the changed is noted on the label. Living with allergies can be very difficult. I am so disappointed!

Dial, what are you doing??

Why are you changing your ingredients in your soaps. Soaps that we have been using for many years. First, you change my white bar soap, now my gold hand soap? Please bring back the old formulas that we love.

Hate the new soap

I have an extremely sensitive nose and this has been the only soap I’ve ever been able to use. The added aloe makes this nearly unusable for me. I’m so disappointed in dial :( bring back the original dial gold!

This Dial Gold is not just a new Look!

The new look Dial Gold has added the ingredient Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice. The original Dial Gold was my go to soap as I have many allergies, and skin conditions. I no longer will be able to be a Dial soap user. Please bring back the original Dial Gold.

Upon checking, we indeed added aloe to this product since washing hands tends to dry out the skin. Adding it makes cleaning hands hydrating as well. Thoroughly disappointed.

I've used Dial liquid soap for years. Until now. Changing this to add aloe and a different smell that I cannot stand means I have to go find new hand soap that smells like... SOAP.

Bring back the OG!

We exclusively use dial gold in our house for many things, and it’s no good now that the Aloe has been added. The texture is the same, but even more disappointing the smell has changed. PLEASE bring back the OG!

Don't like the added Aloe

Didn't think too much about the added aloe until I actually used it. This stuff makes my hands smell musty and I hate it. If this is all you will be offering I will be changing my brand.
