Bring back the old formula

Or at least have the option for both so people can choose. The new version causes my hands to itch and has a fragrance that is not appealing. I’m so disappointed

Bring back the old formula!

The addition of Aloe to liquid gold has ruined the product. It used to be the only soap I could use. Adding aloe changed the scent to a migraine inducing stench. I can't use it anymore. Why mess with a good product?

Aloe is a terrible addition

Dial Gold has been my go-to soap for years because it is the only one carried by major retailers that does not include the allergen cocamidopropyl betaine. Now it has the allergen aloe vera and I’m going to have to change soaps. Do you have any products left without either?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry to hear about your experience towards our Dial product. The improvement of the product aims to leave the skin gentle which is why the aloe is added. Our non-antibacterial hand soaps do not contain aloe which you could try. We'd like to know more about the concern for us to assist you, please feel free to experience us through this website https://www.henkel.com/contact-us. Thank you for the love and support for our product!

Not Tattoo Safe Anymore

Not tattoo safe anymore. Adding the aloe makes it unusable! I always used dial gold but now that changed the formula I have to try and find another option which is hard. I don’t know who thought this was a good formula change but they need to be fired. Or atleast make one without aloe still.

Old formula was best!!

I have always used gold dial soap during my tattoo healing process because it doesn’t contain any scents/ moisturizers.
The addition of aloe has made this product unusable, it’s extremely unfortunate because some tattoo artists that have been recommending this soap for decades can’t do so anymore with the addition of aloe. Aloe completely wrecks the healing process. BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL FORMULA!!!

Dial Gold

Why did you change the formula. Dial Gold was the only soap I use that doesn’t make my hands or body itch. Have been using it as a body wash too for 14 years. Always left my skin clean and moisturized. Now my hands itch and I don’t dare use it to shower with. Bring back the old formula.

TRASH

IF IT AINT BROKE, DONT FIX IT! DIAL GOLD HAS BEEN THE ONLY SOAP I CAN USE THAT DOESNT MAKE MY HANDS BREAK OUT (ESPECIALLY NOW THAT DAWN ORIGINAL HAS ALSO CHANGED THEIR FORMULA). I NOTICED THE ADDITION OF ALOE ON THE PACKAGE BUT DECIDED TO TRY IT ANYWAYS. AFTERALL, ITS ALOE, HOW BAD CAN IT BE? WITHIN A DAY OF USE MY HANDS ARE RED AND BLISTERED AND I NO LONGER CAN USE THIS PRODUCT. NOT TO MENTION ITS THE ONLY THING TATTOO ARTISTS RECCOMEND FOR AFTER CARE. THATS OUT THE WINDOW TOO NOW. SO DISAPPOINTED.
