Not the quality that they were..They are much thinner and rough.

I was a great Bounty fan before they changed the design and the quality of Bounty. I used them for everything they were sturdy, absorbent and didn't feel rough. Very, very disappointed in new design and quality..

Skimpflation at its finest

Take a look at the headlines that forced Smart Balance to go back to their original formula. They thought we wouldn’t notice that water was the first ingredient. What did Bounty do? It now has that Dollar General paper towel feel to it. The half sheets stay curled up. They feel like plastic was added or some other addition. Not as soft. Please go back to what it was. Do your executives use the product? They would know right away.

I’m crying, I’m so sad. What has happened??? Why are the towels different now? I would pay more for the same towels from before the pandemic - just set the price! PLEASE.

It’s obvious there’s been some distinct changes to the paper towels. They feel like any other cheap paper towels they absorb much worse, you can feel the difference.
It’s a shame you decided to cheapen them. However, I can buy any paper towels because you’re the same as everyone else.

Why change what wasn't broken?

The new design is pure garbage. I refuse to continue to pay a premium when I can get the same performance out of cheaper options.

The recent change in quality had left me very disappointed. I don’t want to switch brands but I’m not really seeing an option here. I need a better towel than they are willing to provide. Plain and simple, you played yourself Bounty!

Horrible Change in Quality

I have been using the same Bounty Select-a-Size paper towels for my entire life (my mom uses them, too!) and the new version of Bounty sucks. I noticed immediately when I opened the package that the paper towels were not the same -- they are rougher. They are also not as absorbent. I will not continue to pay the same price for this new downgraded quality paper towel. Generic grocery store and drug store brands now make paper towels that are very close to how Bounty used to be. I'm happy to give them my money in the future instead. Extremely disappointing, Bounty.

New formulation is terrible

Bounty- Do you know why people were willing to pay a high premium for your paper towels? Because they were worth it. THIS IS NO LONGER THE CASE! I have been using bounty exclusively for 35 years now. The reformulation is a disgrace to your reputation. Cheaply made, Thinner, less absorbent, scratchier. I will no longer purchase your towels.
