Your paper products are very good. However the reasoning for the select-a-size that you just adopted a short time ago is not in the best interests of the consumer. When you first went to the select-a-size the sections were just the right size.(You didn't waste so much paper towel) Now you have increased the size about an inch or a little more and therefore we waste more. I believe your purpose was to increase sales. Hopefully you will reconsider and go back to the original size.

Roll holder rendered useless by the bigger size

As with other customers you have rendered our papertowel dispensers designed for the smaller rolls useless.
We have them in our camper workshops and kitchens. So now we have to either use another company or buy new dispensers. No though for your consumer. The select a size was a good idea and your towels are good. I would purchase a case of the old ones /

We hate to have caused any frustration, but we're so glad you let us know. The good news is that our smaller Regular rolls are still available! Check with your local retailer or shop online to find them.

Bountiful help during cancer

I have always used Bounty. It proved itself in 2008. I was diagnosed with cancer on the left side of my face and head. There a lot of surgeries which came with ointments drainage tube and mess. Losing an eye made me spill just about everything. My children were starting their teen years so sometimes it fell on them to clean up. One day my neighbor was visiting and I had used the last of the Bounty paper towels so he went and grabbed the brand he used. Later that day my mother came over and my youngest of the four kids asked her to take him to the store. She asked why and his reply was " I am a Bounty hunter!" My kids are grown up the youngest is 22 years old and we all still use Bounty and only Bounty.

Leaves lint on my windows

I have been using bounty paper towels for 20+ years. They are super absorbent and strong! I can clean my bathroom using 2-3 select-a-sheet towels! However, the past couple of years I’ve noticed when I wash my windows, they leave lint on the window. Very disappointed in this. It’s seems harder to wipe the lint away than cleaning the window. I need to find a different product to do my windows.

Love but can you!

I live bounty paper towels full and select a size equally... that being said and to mention ive been using them my whole adult life 21-57 yrs of. But! Can u please work on the first few towels of roll the tearing of glue or whatever that substance holding them to the roll is! Over my 36 yrs of using I don’t want to know how many are wasted that first pull:(...

I buy Bounty towels all the time. Love that you can take a small sheet instead of large sheet. Depending on the task I sometimes use the sheet twice. The best paper towels in the market.
Highly recommend. I love when I can use a coupon too.

New Idea!!!

Why don’t you start making the 5”X 5 napkins. I used a regular size cocktail/dessert napkin the other day and it didn’t absorb anything like bounty. Please give it some thought!!!
