too many sizes- new size too big

Selecta size sheets 1/2 the size of regular gives customers the choice of using a half sheet, or pull off two and have a whole sheet. The new 3/4 size sheets are a big waste. If I cannot get Bounty selecta size half size sheets, I will buy whatever brand is on sale and tear the sheet in half. If P&G is making both the 1/2 and 3/4 size selecta sheets, it will just confuse customers and store managers- and invariably they will not stock both. If I cannot be assured of a steady supply of paper towels from Bounty- I might as well buy whatever is cheap.

3/4 sheets Too Large

3/4 and full-size sheets are a waste of money and I'm going to simply buy the smaller sheets from a competitor. It seems obvious that not one single complaint or request has ever been submitted asking for sheets bigger than the small, select-a-size ones, as they would just buy full-size rolls. This is about having customers use the roll faster so that they can sell more rolls. It's infuriating.

Rolls Not Properly Perforated!

I purchased the 8=20 multi-roll package of select-a-size paper towels. The rolls are only partially perforated. Trying to tear off a half sheet or even a full sheet just results in an erose tear. The paper towels are being wasted because of this. These rolls should never have made it out of the factory. Quality control should have precluded these making it to the consumer.

Very unhappy you have changed this product

Really liked the 'select-a-size' until this morning. I always wrap my kids sandwiches with one of these paper towels before putting into their lunch containers. Today it was too big and almost wouldn't fit in the container with a lid. NOT HAPPY! No longer seems like a half sized paper towel. The other size was just right. This new size is almost the same size as a regular paper towel. Makes me think you want us to use more so we'll buy more. The marketing message at the top of this page highlights "you can use less"...well, not any more. I now notice on the package it says "new longer sheets" in small print. Please change them back to how they were or I'll have to find another brand. Thank you!

New size opttion

I have used Bounty for years, but recently have enjoyed the new select-a-size. Brilliant! Thank you also for embossing Bounty on the sheets to jog my 80 going 81 brain as to which towels to buy when I run out. When I'm doing my frequent cleanups with the towels, I don't care if it isn't torn off exactly at the perforations. I love the quality!.

Star Wars prints? Seriously? I didn't realize the print until I opened the package at home. Not a Star Wars fan. Disappointed with the print.

product change

Just bought a new case of BPT with design. While I have no way to adquately compare the thickness between the old BPT and the new BPT, it appears to me they have changed the thickness of the towel which I find has decreased their absorbency. Also, the width of the select sheet on the new BPT appears to have decreased slightly. I have bought BPT's for decades and sorry to see that they have changed in my perspective.

It may be helpful to know that our only recent changes to the dimensions of our SAS towels occurred in 2016, but this certainly shouldn't have affected the absorbency of them. Not the same product I have used for years

I am so very disappointed in your product. I have used Bounty for many, many years, however, you recently started applying more and more glue (or other sticky adhesive) to the starting sheets on a new roll. They are useless, the glue makes everything you wipe gummy and streaked. The previous rolls had about 2 sheets with the adhesive now more that 6 or 8 that are wasted. Are you making this change to have customers use more sheets, therefore the need to purchase sooner? I wanted to contact customer service directly but cannot find anywhere on your website for contact info other then you Q&A area.
Hopefully, you will take this feedback as constructive criticism from a customer and rectify the situation. Thanks for giving me the time to express my feedback.
