Bounty used to be great.

Bounty is no longer as absorbent as it used to be, but since I've been unable to find any other towels that were more absorbent, I've stuck with Bounty. However, the last 12-pack of Bounty I bought has rolls that aren't completely perfed. Then simply don't tear off. When I hold them up to the light, I can see where the perforation is missing. Sometimes there is a perf at the top of the roll, sometimes there's one in the middle, sometimes it's at the bottom. I end up with raggedy pieces of towel. It's very frustrating, and wasteful. I am hoping this problem doesn't continue throughout all 12 of the rolls in the package. I think I'll explore different brands when this package runs out. If I wanted a paper towel that just pushed liquids around, instead of absorbing them, and didn't tear well, I would buy something cheaper. I think Bounty needs to reconsider its quality control.

This certainly isn't the Quicker Picker Upper quality you should be receiving from us, which is why we're glad you let us know about this. We do want to let you know that Bounty paper towels and napkins are made to be durable and strong, but also designed to be bio degradable so not designed have a long life, they do need to be replaced. Though Bounty Basic has a claim of 50% stronger when wet vs. leading 11" x 8.8" in / 29.9cmx28.8cm bargain brand, it does still need to be replaced.Since your towels did not perform as we'd expect them to, we'd really like to make this right and get you back to the Bounty you can rely on. The BEST On The Market

We've always been a Bounty family. Once in a while somebody will give us a roll or two of some other brand. We can never bring ourselves to use the non-Bounty brands. They just don't work as well. Go for the gold Lindsey! You rock girl!!

Recyclable Wrapping?

I like your product very much. I use a lot of paper towels and your select-a-size product is absorbent and cost-efficient. However, why isn't your wrapping biodegradable or recyclable? And in a multi-roll package, not only do you use the outer wrap but each roll is individually wrapped. Please avoid adding plastic to the waste stream! Scott Towels' plastic wrap is recyclable, so even though I prefer your product, I may have to start using Scott Towels if changes are not made soon! Thank you for your consideration!

I buy this specifically for the select a size feature but the last multi pack I bought is hardly perforated. Tears miserably when you try to get just one. Time to try another brand?

Sheet Size

Single sheets are to small, most of the time and double sheets are to big. I found the select-a-size to be much more wasteful than the original Full Sheet size. Also, often when using two select a size sheets in place of one full sheet, I find that the select a size sheets separate, making it necessary to make a second attempt with two sheets.

Bounty Select-a-size paper towels

I don't like the new select-a-size size. I would like to have the old full size sheets back. I think that by making the sheets smaller that you can advertise more sheets per roll. They do the same GREAT job of absorbing, but you need to use more sheets. So whats the point, if you need to use more sheets. And the new roll sheets are even smaller by about an 1 1/4".
