Not happy with selectasize

Not sure if you've made any changes in this product but, lately they do not tear correctly. What's up with that?

This product does not work as advertised

For the last several months, the Select-a-Size paper towels we have purchased are faulty. They will not tear off at the desired Select-a-Size location as they have in the past. We have been using this product since the day they were introduced but we may have to look elsewhere. Hopefully this is a temporary problem and not a sign of Bounty trying to cut back on a once excellent product. Oh, and we have bought from several different stores and the only change is the Bounty paper towels.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

WONDERFUL

I am a new Bounty Select-A-Size customer and I LOVE them. For years I used another brand and it seems with time they are getting thinner and thinner. I finally purchased Bounty and and LOVE them. I highly recommend the Bounty Select-A-Size Paper Towels.

Falling Apart

We bought a 12 pack and they must be defective because the paper towels are literally falling apart when we use them. We spend good money to get name brand paper towels and we can’t even use them.

We can certainly understand your frustration as we always want to provide you with the Quicker Picker Upper quality you can always count on. We do want to let you know that Bounty paper towels and napkins are made to be durable and strong, but also designed to be bio degradable so not designed have a long life, they do need to be replaced. Though Bounty Basic has a claim of 50% stronger when wet vs. leading 11" x 8.8" in / 29.9cmx28.8cm bargain brand, it does still need to be replaced. Poor quality cut on side of roll

Bought 6 pack of bounty select a size paper towels and two of the six rolls had irregular cut at ends and was very stringy

Survives the bleach cycle!

I really can't believe I'm writing this, but I also couldn't believe what Bounty paper towels endured. I just finished a load of laundry, and was folding my cleaning rags and mop heads when two Bounty Select-a-Size paper towels fell from a shop rag to the floor. They obviously looked a little worn, but to my surprise were quite intact. I chuckled to myself, then thought, "If this was a commercial, I'd wipe something up with them to prove they still work." I then proceeded to wash my bathroom floor with them. They never ripped, and easily finished the job! Exceeds expectations is not what I generally think to write about a paper towel, but in this case it is the most accurate assessment of your product. Kudos on making something that lives up to its advertised hype.

This product a an odor to it

I have been using Bounty paper towels for years. The last bulk item of Bounty towels I purchased from BJ's was not acceptable. Once opened, the towels had an odor like that of dryer sheets. If you used it to dry any food you washed, the odor lingered on that food. This is unacceptable. I cannot use the paper towels in the kitchen. Who knows what this chemical odor is. I am very disappointed in this product!

This isn't the Bounty quality you should be receiving from us so we're glad you let us know. We do want to share with you that paper products are very porous and can absorb odors around them.
