What have you done?

Rarely have I used a different brand of paper towels but now I will try others. Did you think that your loyal customers wouldn't notice the quality change? Bounty now reminds me of paper towels in public restrooms--coarse, flimsy and non-absorbent. You made the product cheaper and the prices either remain high or have been raised.

Paper towels not perforated

I recently purchased a six pack of the double Plus rules of bounty paper towel with the select a size perforated type but my roles are not perforated so it extremely difficult to get any paper towel off the roll you're wasting a whole ton of it because they're not perforated just going to tear it and hope it tears okay I can't sit there with a scissors I don't have that kind of time on my hands they're cut off and even chunk I tried to find a form to fill out but this is my only recourse

Bring back the good stuff!

as with everybody else, I too noticed the quality took a steep decline after my last purchase a few weeks ago. they rip apart in half and as previously stated, are shorter than the regular sheets! might be the best sales tactic ever though; use these paper towels to cover your food and you either need to use 3 sheets instead of 2 to cover a plate, or with the areas now left uncovered by using 2 sheets you can then use more sheets to clean the microwave! way to ruin a good thing.

What happened???

I only use Bounty. Why do they feel different now? They are rough and thin and not like the Bounty I love!!! Please bring the old Bounty back! We really can't live without our old Bounty.

Why did Bounty change?

I have always bought Bounty Select A Size, but they feel so different now - thinner, rougher, and they don’t tear as easily. There is nothing on the label to indicate a change in the paper towels, so I had no idea they’d be different! Please bring back the old formula or at least explain why they’re different. Thanks!

Worse than prison towels

The new bounty is worse than new coke, crystal pepsi, movie pass, and pepsi blue rolled all into one. This product change is terrible. They smell. They are more useless than the brown flat public school sand paper that was passed off as paper towels. I have always used bounty until today. I am literally setting these things on fire and switching to Viva today. I will be searching for a new quality product not made by Procter & Gamble.

Doesn’t tear well anymore

The last several packages of select-a-size paper towel rolls have left me frustrated and disappointed. I always chose Bounty because of its consistent performance. But there has been a noticeable change to them and they no longer tear consistently on my vertical roll holder. Most times it leaves a large “tail” torn off the bottom of the sheet. It still has the absorbency but both characteristics are important to me as a user. I want a complete towel, not scraps of paper. Grrr.
