So sad to see quality disappear.

I have always purchased Bounty paper towels. No more. The quality has gone way down.
I have to use 2 now, so I am going to switch brands. I will miss the old Bounty.

NO MORE FOREVER ROLL - IM CRUSHED !

I absolutely LOVED the Forever Rolls ! With a household full of pets I finally found a great roll of paper towels that lasted more than a couple days for a good price and now they discontinued them ! I knew it was too good to be true !!!!! WHY DISCONTINUE THE BEST PRODUCT YOU'VE EVER MADE !?!? WHY??? PLEASE RETHINK THIS DECISION!! BRING BACK FOREVER ROLLS !

While we have discontinued the Bounty Forever Roll for now, we have launched the Bounty Mega Roll which is another great option for a long-lasting roll to help clean up after all those pets! Changed for worse

I have always loved bounty paper towels until I recently noted that they changed (not just the pattern) they are not as absorbing and breaks easily. I am very dissatisfied with the change. Please, bring the good ones back!

Not What They Were a Year Ago

I have been purchasing Bounty paper towels for all 31 years of my married life. In my last several purchases, I noted that something had changed. Not only is the pattern different but they are less absorbent and require more sheets to dry. It appears that the product is being made more cheaply which is equating to less quality. I am terribly disappointed.

Terrible "Upgrade!"

I've been using Bounty over 20 years, they were the best. These new Bounty paper towels are horrible! I've used store brand paper towels more sturdy than this new product. If you're going to use inferior materials, you need to lower your price to match the quality! What a disappointment!

Downgraded Quality

I guess Bounty thought they could fool us with the downgraded quality of thinner, less absorbent paper towels. Nope, we noticed. Just charge us a little more for the same product we were used to, but don't downgrade quality this way. It isn't a savings if we have to use twice as many for the same purpose.

Bring back the old Bounty!

So disaapointed in your new formula. You say it is better-absolutely not! Once wet they are thin and useless like off brand paper towels. If the old Bounty doesn't make a come back, this decades long user will no longer be a customer sadly.

Very disappointed in the product change

I am a long time and very loyal Bounty paper towel user, well, I was ... until this week when I opened my new Bounty paper towels and discovered that they had changed dramatically. The new ones are absolutely horrible. They barely soak up liquid, they get wet in 2 wipes and stay wet and don't dry. I am returning my club pack today and will be forced to try other brands. This wasn't a slight product change, this was a massive product change ... someone made a grave product decision at your company.
