Manufacturer Error

I have loved using Bounty paper towels, but the last package I bought (6 pack select a size sheets) had 3 bad rolls. Two of which had no lines to tear and was just one long roll and the last one had the lines but did not rip down the lines like they were supposed to. The other 3 in the package were wonderful, but I am upset that half of the rolls were not what they were supposed to be.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Roll and packaging size

I prefer to buy the 2 pack of printed select a size paper towels. However, since the pandemic hit us, I can't find them anywhere and most stores only carry the huge multipaks of the giant roll size that does fit in my paper towel holder and I don't have room to store those large packages.
HELP!!! Please make smaller rolls and smaller packages available again, Single roll or or 2 roll packaging in prints.

Redesign?

You have made your paper towels really rough to the touch. I used to buy this brand all the time because it felt like cloth - now I will be looking for a new product because these towels are just too rough to the touch.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect Every Time

I've been purchasing the Bounty select a size sheets since they started selling them. Now I'm reading the reviews on this page and wonder what am I getting that's different from what others are purchasing. I wonder because I LOVE Bounty because of its consistency. It has never changed. PLEASE do NOT change what you're doing.

Great paper towel

Basically, I love your paper towels. My only suggestion is to make another perforation in the middle to make 2 smaller square towels and my only complaint is I wish the last towel wasn't sticky.

Shrinking rolls

Bounty is the best paper towel on the market. The size of the double rolls continues to shrink. At this point a roll runs out so quickly that I have to keep two rolls at my work space. Really? Do you think we don't notice we are getting less for our money?
