You changed the towel

My wife and I have noticed changes in the paper towels. First, the edges of the rolls are fuzzy with lint. I do not know if this is due to dull slitters or a change in the product chemistry. Second, you changed the design of the embossing. The towels do not have a soft feel to them anymore. Again I do not know if the embossing has created this or a change in the product chemistry.
I am retired from working in the paper industry after 48 years and I believe that this is a step backwards.

Disappointed

This is my second time writing this with no reply and how disappointed I was with paper towel bought a pack in 4 and all was coming lose even as I open them not good at all

So disappointed in the new Bounty!

I've been using Bounty Select-a-Size paper towels since they were first made years ago and have always loved them. Now the most recent package I bought a few weeks ago is terrible! There's nothing on the package to indicate that it's a new product, but the towels are much stiffer and less absorbent - and I think, thinner - than traditional Bounty. I happened to have a few sheets of the old ones left on a roll and compared them, and the new ones are definitely less absorbent. Certainly don't qualify as "the quicker picker-upper" any more. I'll be looking for a new brand. So disappointed!

I really like this product, I know there are shortages right now but quality is everything! I bought a 12=18 package. Each roll was not perforated deeply enough. The towels did tear off clean. I’ll see what happens with the new package I purchased yesterday.

Not the same as the old ones

Bought the 8=20 rolls of select a size quicker picker upper and am less than pleased. Do not tear well, seem thinner and are less absorbent than previously. I have used Bounty for many, many years but may consider a change if this is going to be the case.

Thinner, poor tearing

Used Bounty for years and lately the paper towels are thinner, do not hold up well, and invariably do not tear at the perforations very well.

Plain paper towels are depressing!!!!!!!

I stopped buying Viva towels a few years ago when they stopped selling good-looking prints. After Viva, I switched to Bounty Prints, and now after 6 months of waiting for the Bounty Prints to be made again, I decided to switch to Sparkle Spirited Prints paper towels. How many customers will have left when Bounty does start selling the prints again? I've moved on and I'm sure others will as well.
