Allow online sales

Having a buy direct function online would be extremely smart and helpful, since we're in the middle of a pandemic. Manufacturers are making it very hard to social distance since nobody sells online. Then when you're at your wit's end and have to go to the store, they never have in stock.

Decline in product quality

I have been a faithful purchaser of Bounty Paper Towels for years, but the last package of 12 rolls has been very disappointing. The towels fall apart even when just drying my hands, and are good for only one swipe of the counter - no rinsing and reuse is possible. What happened to the quality I have come to rely upon? A few years ago I stopped buying Bounty napkins because of the decline in quality and now it appears your paper towels have met the same fate.

Have you stopped making paper towels?

Markets shelves are empty. No Bounty to be found. Has production stopped to make a paper masks instead? I am finding that a single Kimberly Clark Kleenex tissue can blot off hand wash water as an alternative to save the paper towels we were using to dry after hand washing.

Unfortunately, I cannot find your product anywhere in Los Angeles, nor can I find it online. How do I find it when every place is out of Bounty? I do not like being pushed into using other brands, because the stores and sites are not carrying Bounty anymore, and are using other brands that I normally would not buy to sell.

Funny how I just tried to post a REAL review of Bounty's fake reviews and learned I can only post a FAVORABLE review . . . . . so I gave Bounty a recommendation (because I had to) and 5 Stars (because I had to) because with that much conniving and fakery going on, they deserve it!

Still need a boat load for clean up

Your paper towels may be more absorbent however it still takes a lot of towels to clean a coffee spill. I guess I can’t say you false advertise because when you close the commercial you are showing the whole roll soaking it up.....that is about right
