Afraid to make a purchase

After reading so many negative reviews, I have decided to purchase another brand. I am changing so I don’t get stuck with 16 rolls of disappointment. Why on earth would Bounty change the best towel offered to a cheaper version?? Apparently Bounty has taken the best and decided to be like the rest. Such a shame! Instead of all the automated responses, how about addressing what created the change.

Extremely Disappointed in Bounty product

We have been buying Bounty select-a-size for years and have always been pleased with the product. However, our recent purchase of Bounty 10=30 Triples select-a-size 10-pack was extremely disappointing. The paper towels seem to be single-ply and they tear into pieces very easily when you pull one off of the roll; this has never happened before. Also, they fall apart very easily when you use them to wipe up messes. Again, this has never happened to us previously. Hopefully, this will not happen again or we may be switching brands of paper towels.

Usually the best paper towel

We've been buying select-a-size Bounty paper towels for year. Love the usability. But perforation quality has recently (2021) gone down, making the select size option almost worthless as it doesn't tear correctly. However, that will not stop us from being loyal customers.
I would recommend this to a friend!

New problems with Quality?

After reading the recent reviews here, I just cut my order in half. I want to see just how much difference there is. I always purchased Bounty because they were superior. I guess I might have to start a new comparison test? Until then I'll just put 3 stars (for my own bad experience with towels ripping diagonally).
But I'll say what's on everyone's minds: BOUNTY, DON'T CHANGE WHAT HAS TRADITIONALLY BEEN THE BEST PRODUCT!

Reconsidering a purchase

I'm grateful to everyone who has taken the time to speak up about changes in Bounty. I've been buying large quantities of Select A Size for many years, but I think this time I'll just try buying one roll to judge for myself if they've stopped being the best paper towels.

Disappointed - No Longer a "Quicker Picker Upper"

I have been using Bounty for decades. They are so thin and cheap now. I can't believe you reduced the quality of your product like this. You took away what made you stand above the rest. If you continue down this path, I will be switching to another brand.
