Honestly I thought it was me... I've never bought the "prints" so when they were horrible I thought it was just the prints, but after the other reviews I know it is all your products. I've never used any other paper towel, but I'm going to now. What happened???

Substandard product

I have been using Bounty for many years and I have recently noticed a change in the quality of the product. The sheets are thinner and weaker and they tear easily across the sheet instead of breaking along the perforated edges as the older product. Something definitely has changed in the manufacturing process as the product has deteriorated in quality. How unfortunate, but I hope you find this feedback helpful, as intended.

Gotten thinner for sure

They are definitely not as good as they were just a few months ago ...THIN. no better than the store band..just more expensive..I have been using them for years. Not anymore nor worth it..

The most recent pack of select-a-size triple rolls I purchased is terrible quality. Like other reviewers, paper towels are one of the few products I insisted on keeping with one brand, Bounty, for the high quality. I’m not sure what prompted the changes in the paper towels, but the two ply’s are completely separated before you even tear the towel off the roll. The towel is thin and the texture is scratchy. Generic paper towels are completely horrible, which is why we insisted on keeping with Bounty, but, WOW, bad quality.

Stinky when wet

I am a long time user of Bounty paper towels. They are so much better than cheapy brands. The last ones I purchased are very stinky! No odor until they get wet. And then very stinky. I will be throwing the rest away, 6 rolls!

Awful Mega Rolls

I have ordered the MEGA rolls and now they are coming with a terrible odor. I ended up throwing away all 3 of my Huge MEGA Bounty Rolls. You really need to look into what is causing that odor in your manufacturing. Sadly, I will not be ordering again.

Quality has diminished

I’ve been a loyal Bounty user for decades and I was so disappointed in the quality I had to research it, only to discover I’m not alone. The paper towels are thin and almost translucent. It has lost its value proposition being a longstanding superior quality choice, and as such I’ll be moving to another brand.

What in the world…..

I have used Bounty for over 20 years and was totally fine paying the premium price for a premium product. Then to my dismay I purchased a large 24 double roll pack and I about hit the roof when I placed them on my paper towel holder. I thought I had picked up the cheaper version by mistake. These paper towels are thin , cheap, sticky and want pick up anything. The texture is the worst part, I have severe texture issues and these were the only paper towel I could stand to touch. Shame on you Bounty, correct this , it’s unacceptable and I don’t want to hear anyone say nothing has changed you can’t pull the wool over my eyes.
