Disgraceful quality

Your paper towels are cheap and thin . They are trash now and more expensive. It's and disgrace.

Don’t take customer loyalty for granted

The new version of Bounty Towels is so different that I had to double check the packing to be sure I bought the Bounty brand that I have used for decades. The towels are stiff like cheap towels and are not absorbent. Shame on you, Bounty Towels. You have lost a loyal customer.

Bounty Select-a-size paper towels

Have been using your towels for a very long time. My mom even used your towels. The quality of the new towels is reduced. Very disappointed and may start looking for a replacement.

I only use these. I love that I can use the same papertowel repeatedly while prepping meals etc. When I wash/dry my hands, I keep that towel since my hands were clean and use it to wipe up spill from prepping food. One time when my daughter was little, we went to the school playground. It was still very wet from all the condensation. I had 2-3 paper towels in my picnic bag and I used those to dry off several slides and swings. I would just wring it out when it was very wet, and keep on going. I was quite surprised myself! :)

What changed??

I have used Bounty paper towels for decades. The quality definitely changed. They are thinner and tear, across all product sizes. These are no longer " the quicker picker upper" Why, what changes were made? Time to find another brand. Please advise.

Quality Has Gone Downhill

Quality has DRASTICALLY changed for the worse. Was working on a painting project today and while going thru a roll for wiping up excess and general cleanup I noticed how it wasn't standing up to water and general use like it used to. I thought maybe I accidentally bought the cheaper "Essentials" version and checked the packaging - but nope! Then I went online to see if anyone else had the same experience - and yup! Seems like everyone has noticed that Bounty now is as bad as any budget brand. Too bad. We go thru a ton of these weekly and now I will be switching brands after 2 dozen years.

Perforated sheets do not tear cleanly

I bought a multipack of the tear a sheet paper towels. Half the rolls had sheets that tore properly at the perforations, and half the rolls did not. Quality control seems to be lacking. Time for Six Sigma.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
