Big changes

Since Covid, there's been a marked change in the quality of these paper towels. They're thinner and rougher. Quality also seems to depend on where you buy them. After a lifetime of being a loyal customer, I will switch to another brand. Very disappointing!

P&G has lowered quality of Bounty Paper Towel

I am so disappointed that Bounty Paper Towels are no better than a cheap store brand now. They used to be the premier paper towel and I’ve been a loyal consumer for many decades. I will now explore other options as not only is there inflation evident with the product, there is shrinkflation, as well. It frustrates me to not be able to tear a select size piece of paper towel from the roll in one piece and the partial piece that is in my hand is thin and not as absorbent as in the past. Pity.

Highly disappointed

I bought two cases of the select a size 2.5 rolls, as I usually do and I am so disappointed with the quality of the product. They feel like a very cheap brand and the 2 ply comes apart when I dry my hands and they tear apart as well. I depended on Bounty to be better but it seems they are going the way of other big businesses and don't care about their customers or their product. Very, very disappointed.

Quality Down, Price Up

I wrapped oour Christmas ornaments with Bounty Paper Towels over 5 years ago. When I re-wrapped some ornaments, the 2022 and 2023 Bounty Paper towels were so much rougher and less thick. No cushion like the older ones. The quality obviously got worse, less product materials and much cheaper results.

Triple rolls not perforated all the way

I have used Bounty Paper towels for years and loved them. But the rolls in the last 3 packs of 8-pack triple roll select-a-size white towels are not perforated all the way between sheets and the towels just shred as I try to tear one off. I went to a different store to buy the third pack after this happened with the first 2 packs, but it is still a problem with this third pack. What has happened to the quality?

Bounty paper towel quality had dramatically decreased

I have bought Bounty paper towels for at least the last 20 years. I found them far superior to other brands. But the last 2 packages I purchased are like paper napkins, thin, not very absorbent and fall apart easily. I will be trying other brands from now on to see if I can find a paper towel that is as good as Bounty used to be.

Bounty Forever Rolls

It was a mistake on Bounty's part for discontinuing their Bounty Forever Rolls.
They need to bring these Bounty Forever Rolls back.
I know that there were other customers other than myself who purchased these.
They should also bring back the Bounty Paper Towels with
Dawn Dish Detergent.

No longer a good value

I recall buying this product back in 2012. I scrutinized every brand and variation looking for the best value: a 2-ply paper towel with the highest square footage. What I proudly settled on: a Bounty 2-pack, labeled, "2 Double Plus rolls = 5 Regular rolls".
...it was 176.9 square feet total and had 193 sheets per roll.

Fast forward to 2021. The got the same product, labelled, "2 Huge rolls = 5 Regular rolls.

I recently took the older one out of storage and am now looking at them both, side-by-side, the old and the new.
Bounty, what are you trying to pull here??
It looks like I'll need to find a new go-to paper towel brand
