Your marketing strategy fails to publish the number of sheets/roll or sq. Ft/roll so a person can see what the best deal is. I could care less 12=28. When you fail to give all the information it makes one wonder what you are hiding.

The general calculation uses the area of the sheet size times the amount of sheets on the roll. Then, divide this number by 144" (12" x 12"=1 sq. ft.). Change it back!! Please!!

Trying very hard not to end my 30+ years of using Bounty. I even recite the commercial while using, "rinse and re-use" and "quicker picker upper". Later, I find myself sprinkling the water on the paper instead of fully wetting because they now break apart more easily when wet. Totally shameful! Bring back the old GOOD quality please!!!

The "new" Bounty is not as good as Bounty used to be. Go back to the proven version.

The last change we made to this product was in February 2021, when we upgraded them to trap and lock messes even faster. They also feature a new emboss. Thin and flimsy now

I've always bought bounty select a size, but the last two packages I've bought are totally different. They are so thin and not absorbent at all anymore. I went through them so much faster than I normally would, which is probably what you guys are going for. And you keep responding that the last change made was February 2021---well then that must be what's on the shelves now! I will no longer buy bounty.

Terrible. Much worse than the old bounty paper towels.

Lifelong customer. I never buy any paper towels other than Bounty. Was always happy to pay more money for a solid paper towel. However, this “new improvement” is terrible. They are thinner, do not tear evenly at the perforations, and do not hold up as well. Bounty claims they are new technology that trap and lock better but I tried this side by side with the same amount of water and the new paper towels are worse. Very disappointed. If they were actually better, Bounty would have marketed these as new and improved. Instead they tried to slip these in without us noticing. Very deceitful.

Why change!

I have been using Bounty paper towels ever since they first appeared. Why the change? The paper is thicker, not as absorbent, never tears off cleanly unless I use two hands and even then, often tears off crookedly at the bottom. I used to use them wet with detergent to clean countertops, then wring out and rinse. Also used to clean eyeglasses. No more with new thicker and cheaper feeling towels. I am looking for an alternate - after all these years! Sadly disappointed!

Can’t even tear a sheet

I’ve bought bounty for years. I liked the quality. Now it’s terrible, I get half a sheet from one and half from the next one!

Less Absorbent. Flimsier.

I've been a loyal Bounty user for over 20 years. Recently I noticed that they are less absorbent. They're thinner and rougher. They cost more but perform less. I used to spray 2 squirts of cleaner and use a half sheet to wipe the counter and the towel just got damp. Now, the towel gets soaked from the same 2 squirts of cleaner and it begins to shred apart if I continue to wipe another area, something I used to be able to do. Instead, now I have to use 2-3 times what I used to use in order to complete the same task. These paper towels are no longer of value to me, they're not worth buying again. I'm disappointed that Bounty would cheapen their product like this - AND! - charge more money for it. I will not be buying Bounty Paper Towels any more.
