The Best Paper Towel

I bought cheaper select-a-size paper towels and found out why they are cheaper. I need to immediately go buy Bounty. Tears better, absorbs better, is better.

Select a size paper towels too rough

I have been a Bounty customer for as long as I can remember, which is really a long time, and have had no complaints with your product until recently. Have you changed the basic makeup of the paper towel? What I mean is, that it has become really rough to the touch. I like it for clean up and it is really durable, but to use as a napkin at dinner, it feels like you are wiping your face and hands with sandpaper (light grit). I am all about going "green" and recycling, but this is kind of crazy. Is it just me, or have other people noticed the change. I will continue to buy your product, I guess I'll just have to be a little more careful wiping my face and hands.

Extremely Disappointed

One must assume that the "Prints" paper towels were intended to get wet and aid in the cleaning of surfaces, not cause one need for cleaning the ink stains left by the use of these paper towels. One of my plastic cutting boards is permanently stained, from the use of this product.
This is a complete failure by Bounty and P&G with product testing and quality control. I unfortunately purchased a bulk pack of this extremely disappointing product and can only hope that I will be able to get a refund from where they were purchased.

what's happened?

I have been using Bounty for years for my business, opting to spend the extra for the better product. Recently, within the last month or so they seem to have gotten cheaper. I don't mean less expensive..on the contrary. The quality is that of cheaper brands now. They feel rough and thin. As I'm a professional tattooist the softer and more absorbent the towel is the better for my customers too. What has happened to the quality I was used to? I may have to switch to Viva if this quality continues.

I have been using Select-a-Size since they first started making it. Raised children on it and saved money while doing it. It is great to use only what you need and not more. Thanks for this product.

Select a size saves money and the environment.

I like the select a size towels because it saves me money because I use the amount of towel I need for the job. I don't waste paper, and my towels last longer on the roll. Which is all good for the environment too.

smaller roll and thinner paper than previous rolls

Have used select-a-size for a long time. Recently could not find usual product. Found new packaged rolls. They are much smaller and the paper is thinner. Very disappointed with product. Seems to be much less to force consumer to buy more often.

Not As Good

I have used the select a size for many years and loved them. I was able to buy them with a print. Now I can only get them in white (which is very drab in my kitchen). I don't understand what has happened here. I can choose between plain white (in select a size or ring around one end & upside down prints in the full size sheets) because my paper towel holder is on the wall. Also, the perforations in the last ones I got did not tear well. Come on, Bounty.......
