Bounty has no Boundaries!

My household consists of 2 very large dogs, 1 mischief cat, 4 crazy slinky lizards and a 175 gal. Fish aquarium and to not have the 8 pack of Bounty would spell “catastrophe”. I rely on Bounty so much I am thinking of stock piling it “you never know”. I have used this great product for as long as I can remember and WILL NOT buy any other brand. My 2 dogs love it when I wash them and use Bounty paper towels to clean their faces. The lizards we have use the strong and soft sheets to sleep on and snuggle with. Now, for me, I use Bounty paper towels for everything, dusting, glass, counter tops, I even use the sheets to wash my car and my motorcycle.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The papertowels have changed dramatically.

I have ONLY bought Bounty Select-A-Size since they were first introduced. Before that, I ONLY bought Bounty papertowels. I loved the thickness and the clean tear at the perforation line. I buy them in bulk. I recently purchased a package of bulk Bounty Select-A-Size papertowels (late August), and am very disappointed. The papertowels are much thinner, as if I had bought an off-brand. Also, the towels do not tear off cleanly at the perforations, leaving me with a handful of torn, thin, unusable papertowels. I thought that there may have been a defective roll in the package, so I tried another, and unfortunately, it was the same as the first. I am very disappointed that I have to search for different brand. Why would you change a good thing? Apparently you have very loyal customers who are very pleased with your product, so why not give us what we have always come to expect? I will be returning the entire package, as they are unusable, and sadly looking for a different brand. (I did not have the heart to give this product a "poor" rating, hoping you will remedy this issue.)

Bounty is one tough papertowel

Bounty works great. I do a lot of canning during the summer and create pretty large messes around my kitchen. Bounty can handle all my messes. I am impressed.

Select-a-size Is Thinner Than It Used To Be

I called your customer service and specifically asked if you had changed the thickness of the Bounty Select-a-size paper towels. I was politely told "No, we have not changed the thickness".
Folks, these paper towels are DEFINITELY thinner than they used to be so if you haven't purposefully changed them then you have a production problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the Bounty Select a Size because it really is a wonderful money saver. Our family goes through lots of paper towels and this by far has been the most economical. Just like the promo tells you, it really does a good job at absorbing the spills, cleaning the windows or counters. I have even cleaned spills and scrubbed the the carpet with Bounty. Not only does it do the job, I can "select my size" for each and every job, and that is WONDERFUL! Even my husband is convinced of its quality. I really can't go back to the other towels especially w/o the "select a size". I really feel like a get my money's worth with Bounty.
