Terrible quality for too much money

We just got a new bulk pack from our local wholesale store. I am mediately noticed the change and paper towel quality when I pulled one off of the role. They’re rough and very thin. They are not as absorbent and are clearly of a lesser quality than they used to be. If I wanted cheap store-brand paper towels, I would, at least, rather pay store-brand prices for them. We’ve been buying nothing but Bounty for the last 20 years and that changes now.

Dreadful new Bounbty

Rough, don't tear properly, just awful.....I have many pets and use many rolls a month....no longer....will find alternative.

Forever Roll

I want to know why they're discontinuing the forever roll! We loved it and had many friends ask where we got it. I just hate it's gone. I hope another company will pick up the forever roll! I do like the quality of the bounty paper towel but I give one star because I hate what they're doing.

I'm gonna truly miss the FOREVER ROLL ... they has gotten me thru many of holiday gatherings, bbqs and seafood boils in Louisiana. And the FORVER ROLLS have travelled to Florida, Chicago, and Texas with me.

Shrinking Rolls Again

Last pack of "Triple Rolls" had 135 sheets per roll. New pack, only 123.
Why? Just cuz you can get away with it and blame INFLATION? Already pay so much more than even during COVID

What happened to the quality?

For years I’ve chosen Bounty over other brands such as Brawny because of the good quality. The last package of Bounty I bought was noticeably lower quality…thin and not as strong. Disappointing.

Paper towels have changed

Not the pattern or embossing - I'm talking about the quality and absorbency. Bounty used to be the best. Long time customer like so many others here- but will be looking for something else. These are no better than the store brands at a premium price. Disappointed!!

Used to be great-no longer true

My recent experiences with the quality of Bounty paper towels have been anything but “the quicker picker upper”. The quality has obviously changed recently. They are thin and stiff. They are not as absorbent as they used to be. I can’t even tear one off the roll without it ripping. Whatever was done to the quality needs to be undone. I pay a premium price for Bounty and expect a premium product.
