The smell of clean laundry inside your home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased Swiffer wet refills with Gain for the first time. I have been using wet refills for years and enjoy any scent on the shelf. The Gain scent stays in my home even after I've mopped and is so clean-smelling. I don't buy Gain laundry soap because of the price, so having the scent built into my refills is awesome. Any cleaning product with Gain is refreshing!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this on my kitchen floor and it saves dragging anything heavy out of the closet to wash my ceramic floor. Works great for me. Only problem for me is keeping it away from little grand daughter who always wants to "Swiffer" the floor ..She thinks it is great fun.
Pros: cleans well and convenient

Wet Swiffers and winter mess

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the wet swiffers for our wood floors during the winter. When the dogs run in with wet, muddy or salty paws. the wet swiffers make it fast and easy to clean up the floors. And the Gain scent smells nice and fresh.
Pros: convienent
Cons: they leave streaks

Easy floor cleaner

Leaves a sticky film on my floor

I bought a box of 60 wipes from Costco, but have been disappointed with the results. My floor has a sticky film on it after I use it to mop the floor. And the tiles also have streaks on them. Terrible waste of money! Very disappointed Swiffer!

We are so sorry to hear we have let you down. I can understand your disappointment. Usually, when the Wet Cloths leave streaks it's from a couple simple things.
If your floor is brand new, it may have a special coating to protect it during shipping, and this can cause streaking. If this is the case, using the product a few more times should solve the problem. Streaking and cloudiness can also happen if other cleaning products have been used on the floor recently. In either of these cases, using the product a few more times should solve the problem. Before you use the product on a floor for the first time, test the cleaner in a hidden area or contact the floor’s manufacturer. Also, for best results, sweep or vacuum the floor first.
If you try all of the above and are still experiencing issues, let us know. We won't stop until you have a 5-star experience! Thanks.
